All student houses are ideally situated for the University of Bath & Bath Spa University campuses in excellent locations close to all the main bus routes. Oldfield Park is a very pleasant residential area, serviced by a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, yet only a short distance from the heart of Bath. All of our student accommodation is fully furnished, with double beds in most bedrooms and leather sofas in the lounge.
Each of our houses must be rented as a whole, rather than as individual lets and tenancies will normally run for a period of 12 months.
